While we encourage our students to register only if they are relatively certain they will attend the training, especially when paying with credit cards, we are also aware that circumstances arise that are beyond one’s control.

If your registration is canceled prior to 72 hours before the starting time of the program a full refund will be given. If the cancellation is within 72 hours of the starting time of the program we will NOT refund the registration cost. If necessary, you will find a cancellation button on the confirmation email you received for the program.
